Directions
Take a single dose 30 minutes before travel, or as needed for nausea relief.
Adults & Children 6 years & older: Take 2 chews, up to 4 chews per day
Pregnant women: to treat morning sickness, take 2 chews, twice daily. Up to 4 chews per day.
